About the Subject
- Charlie Krueger was a two-time All-America tackle at Texas A&M (1956 and 1957). He played defensive tackle for 15 seasons for the San Francisco 49ers (1959 - 1973), where his #70 jersey was retired. Krueger is a member of Texas A&Ms Athletic Hall of Fame (1972) and was inducted into the College Football Hall Of Fame in 1983
