Comments:I bought a signed print of Pete Incaviglia, which was produced in for his induction into the College Baseball Hall of Fame. It took a couple of months to receive the print. That was due to the time it took Pete Incaviglia to sign and return it to Robert Hurst, the artist. Pam in Customer Service was great to deal with and very helpful. The packing material was good, but the corners of the matting got dinged when FedEx handled the parcel. This was no problem, as the frame covered it nicely. It was a very pleasant experience. Many thanks to all who made it possible for me to obtain this fine collectible.

Comments:I have ordered from this company twice and both times had GREAT experiences. The prints themselves are flawless and they take great care to package them safely for shipping. Each time I ordered, I received an almost immediate response both from the automated system as well as from a real person. On both occasions, I had waited until the last minute to order, and they were very accomodating in meeting my timeline...on one occasion even delivering the print to my office--without my even asking. I want you to know that your website was very impressive and I was reassured by reading testimonials of other clients. This is a gift (a special gift) for my brother for his new home. We grew up Oiler/Rocket/Astros Fans. When I saw the artwork (Houston 34’s) about a year ago in Austin, it brought back memories of my childhood. I recently purchased a print from this as a birthday gift and found it to be a great experience. I only had two days to get this print delivered in time for husband’s birthday gift. I requested that it be shipped to me via an overnight service and when I saw an email from the artist the next morning, my heart sank. Much to my surprise, the artist told me that they could not guarantee that I would get it in time via the mail service but that I could come by the studio and pick it up. I made arrangements to stop at the gallery on my way home and it turned out it was 10 minutes from where we live. I met the artist and his partner and was so pleased with service I received and my husband loved the print.
