If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may return it within 15 days of receipt and receive a replacement, exchange, credit or refund. Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Secondly, if your order arrives in less than pristine condition, we offer a photo return option that may speed replacement. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include in the message your order number, a brief description of the damage and whether you are seeking a replacement or refund. We will let you know ASAP whether we need the item returned or not.
To return your artwork please pack it in the original packaging and include a copy of the invoice / packing slip. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take; replacement, exchange, credit or a full refund. We encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.
