At A Damn Fine Artist.com (A D F A) we strive to provide you with the best experience possible. That includes guaranteeing that you are completely satisfied.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may return it within 45 days of receipt and receive a replacement, exchange, credit or a full refund for the price of the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Secondly, if your order arrives in less than pristine condition, we offer a photo return option that may speed replacement. Simply take a digital photo(s) of the item and packaging, attach the pictures to an email and send to support@adamnfineartist.com. Please include in the body of the email your order number and a brief description of the damage and whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email instructing you to return the item or not.
To return your artwork please pack it in the original packaging and include a copy of the invoice / packing slip. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take; replacement, exchange, credit or a full refund. We encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.
